The Foundation is part of Ex-MilitaryCareers.com
We offer our own bespoke demystification and training courses to help empower ex-military personnel into fulfilling employment.
We are in the early stages of building a robust, sustainable mentor platform to give ongoing candidate support, with mentors from Banking, Recruitment, Professional services, FMCG and Engineering, offering one on one CV guidance, interview preparation and ongoing support.
We also aim to provide interview travel expenses, onsite training and interview accommodation allowances for all mentored candidates and, potentially, further financial assistance around initial employment costs.
To businesses, we offer CSR advice and ex-military skillset knowledge/understanding.
If you are starting your journey out of military life, need CV advice or interview preparation or help to identify your transferable skills and find suitable job opportunities, or want general support, becoming a mentee could be for you; reach out to info@Ex-MilitaryCareers.com
