Zizi Mason - Project Manager

Zizi leads SWV the Occupation, Training & Employment Programme, and is Project Manager for the Skihabilitation Week, The Winter Conference & Challenge, and the Pain Management Programme, and she has worked with SWV since its inception in 2012. Prior to working with SWV Zizi worked in the Prison Service, in a variety of roles, including Prison Officer, Drug and Alcohol Support Officer, Residential Manager, Safer Custody co-ordinator (Ensuring the safety of those at risk of suicide and self-harm) and Resettlement Officer.

 

Wings For Warriors 

Charlie Marshall - General Manager

Wings For Warriors’ is a UK registered charity, which gives wounded, injured or sick servicemen and women a future worth fighting for. enable physically disabled and medically discharged veterans of HM Armed Services to achieve their Private and commercial Pilots licences and take up long term employment as professional airline pilots. 14 of their students now work as commercial pilots. They want to continue to provide this training through our unique charity and give hope and careers to Armed Services veterans who, through no fault of their own, have been forced out of their first career.

 

Mission Motorsport

Andy Brown - COO

Andy joined Mission Motorsport as the COO in June 2022 after a succession of leadership roles in PricewaterhouseCoopers, Macmillan Cancer Support and the education sector, all of which followed a 24-year military career in the Royal Artillery. He has always been passionate about giving back and supporting the veteran and wider Armed Forces community, having experienced first-hand the highs and lows of transition out of military life into the big wide world that is civilian life and employment.
