We are seeking a skilled Welder/Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team at ARCPRO LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in Welding, fabricating, assembling, repairing sheet metal products. You will work on a variety of projects, using your technical skills to create high-quality metal components that meet our rigorous standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication and Assembly: Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Cutting and Shaping: Operate machinery such as shears, saws, presses, brakes, and rollers to cut, shape, and form metal pieces.
- Welding: Perform welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, Stick and spot welding.
- Measuring and Marking: Accurately measure and mark dimensions on metal sheets before cutting or shaping.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work for accuracy, ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Skilled in operating various metalworking tools and equipment.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks in a workshop environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
