Job Details
You'll serve as the primary advisor for an assigned group of client relationships with up to $3 million in assets, delivering thoughtful advice, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through.
What you'll do:
Lead client meetings and manage ongoing financial planning and relationship needs.
Partner with senior advisors and the service team to coordinate a responsive client experience.
Identify evolving client priorities and translate them into clear, actionable planning recommendations.
Manage competing priorities independently while staying flexible as the firm grows.
Develop your expertise through collaboration on larger, more complex relationships.
What you'll bring:
CFP designation required.
Approximately 3-5 years of relevant wealth management or financial planning experience.
Confidence working directly with clients and taking ownership of relationships.
Strong emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and clear communication.
A proactive approach: you're comfortable making progress independently, asking thoughtful questions, and adapting when priorities shift.
