Responsibilities / Duties
- Perform hands-on warehouse tasks daily, including lifting, moving, wrapping, and packing heavy aerospace components
- Prepare parts and equipment for shipment using proper protective wrapping, crating, and load-securing methods
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, stage, and load oversized or heavy items
- Safely load and unload trucks while following established handling and safety procedures
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, condition, and completeness
- Ensure all shipping documentation complies with FAA regulations, company standards, and customer requirements
- Follow all shipping, routing, and workplace safety protocols consistently
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Logistics teams to meet production and delivery timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers as needed
Preferred Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or industrial experience preferred
- Forklift experience required; certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Experience with crating, packing, or handling high-value or heavy equipment strongly preferred
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and adhere to strict safety standards
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Hours 7 AM-4 PM
