SUMMARY
Supports IT executives by coordinating office services, housekeeping, records controls and special management studies, as described in the essential duties.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Required High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of applicable experience working in an administrative role OR Associate's Degree plus a minimum of 6 months of applicable experience working in an IT support role OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Solid understanding of basic computer operations, strong analytical skills, computer literate (intermediate level- Excel & Word), organizational skills and the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize and work independently. Excellent communication and time management skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Track and process invoices to ensure correct billing for toner, paper, forms and labels.
Maintain and create systems and procedures to aid in the control of:
Budget
Vacation hours
Misc records keeping.
Track and prepare all departmental telephone bills for payment.
Track and maintain maintenance and service agreements.
Work with IT vendors for problem/commitment resolution.
Maintain schedule for IT conference rooms.
Set up and remove users for Office Depot and in line faxes.
Set up and update vendor information as needed.
Coordinate and troubleshoot travel arrangements for the IT department.
Maintain all expense reports for the IT department in Expense Software.
Perform other duties as assigned.
