$21.11 + .75 shift differential Sun-Thu 6:00pm - 3:00am or finished, up to 4 hours/day OT mandatory SUMMARY
Responsible for receiving, stocking, preparation and shipping of merchandise to customers in local and outlying areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Accurately select/pick merchandise from assigned slot and confirm the correct quantity and unit of measure.
- Load Merchandise into appropriate truck.
- Drop merchandise for "reserve" to "pick" slots.
- Prepare VIA merchandise for shipment on freight lines.
- Repack loose merchandise for shipping/delivery.
- Verify quality of product, packaging and adherence to vendor compliance policy.
- Accurately adhere to Warehouse Labor Standard, "Preferred Method Standard".
- Identify and report slot and put-away problems.
- Shrink wrap merchandise/pallets after picking as needed.
- Performs house keeping duties as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
The ideal Candidate will have ability to:
- Operate forklift/pallet jack and cherry picker.
- Lift 40-60 pounds repeatedly each shift.
- Bend, stoop, climb, stand and twist for extended periods of time.
- Successfully complete forklift training/certification requirements.
- Operate a Radio Frequency (RF) or Voice Pick devices.

- Job is performed in a warehouse/operations environment.
- Frequently exposed to fast-moving material handling equipment or other mechanical equipment.
- This is a full-time position.
- Must have the ability to work a varying schedule which might include shift work (days or nights), weekdays or weekends, and some holidays.
- Work hours may vary or change based on customer orders, departmental or business requirements.
- The position does not require travel.
