Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading life sciences and manufacturing company, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the Logistics/Warehouse Department supporting the warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Operator - 1 Year Contract

Location: Lenexa, KS

Pay Range: $20/hr + 10% night shift differential

What's the Job?

  • Receive, put away, retrieve, and ship raw and finished materials.

  • Perform cycle counting and maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Support daily housekeeping and warehouse maintenance.

  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the Lead and Logistics Manager.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably on 2nd shift.

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and handle repetitive tasks.

  • Basic PC skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.

  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn ISO, GMP, OSHA, DOT, and IATA regulations; must pass MVR.
