Position: Infrastructure Support Technician
Location: San Antonio TX
Duration:24 months
Pay Rate: $24/hr on W2

We are looking for an Infrastructure Support Technician to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Technician to resolve hardware and software issues in data centers, focusing on servers, storage, networking, and security infrastructure. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, data center operations knowledge, and physical ability to manage heavy equipment independently.
Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues (servers, storage, networking)
• Provide installation and break/fix support, including component replacement and OS installs
• Perform data center tasks efficiently with minimal guidance
• Document activities and maintain clear communication with management and peers
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs. without assistance, using manual and power tools as needed

• Skills: Basic knowledge of storage, server, and network infrastructure; familiarity with troubleshooting tools and software applications; Linux, Virtualization, and Windows Server knowledge a plus
• Experience: 3-5 years technical experience (Associate's Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered)
• Other: Own transportation for travel to customer sites (mileage/tolls reimbursed); ability to work overtime and weekends when required
