Job Position: Furniture Delivery Driver
Overview: We are seeking a full-time professional and dedicated driver to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals that take pride in their work and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Duties: - Perform driving functions using a company vehicle.
- Load and unload the vehicle.
- Communicate with customers and office staff.
- Comfortable operating a larger commercial vehicle.
- Responsible for transporting furniture safely and efficiently.
- Ability to build and install and assemble indoor and outdoor furniture.
- Ability to handle power tools.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned.
Skills & Requirements: - Regularly lift objects over 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to transport loads of 75+ lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Maintain reliable attendance.
- Thrive in a team environment.
- Ability to successfully complete basic training.
- Previous experience as a Truck Driver is preferred
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Willingness to travel regularly and drive long distances
