The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the company's day-to-day cash position, short- and long-term funding strategies, and overall liquidity. This role supports strategic decision making through financial modeling and risk assessment.

Primary Functions:

Treasury Operations

  • Manage daily cash flow and cash positioning across all company accounts.
  • Optimize working capital through strategic cash flow forecasting and management.
  • Execute wire transfers and banking transactions in accordance with policies.

Banking & Investment Relations

  • Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and manage bank account administration.
  • Oversee credit lines, debt agreements, and ensure compliance with covenants.
  • Assess and recommend cash investment options to maximize returns while ensuring liquidity.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury-related policies.
  • Support audits and internal reviews of treasury activities.

Strategic Financial Support

  • Collaborate with accounting and finance leadership to align treasury functions with broader financial goals.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on liquidity, debt, and investment performance.

Additional Accountabilities:

  • Participates in the company's efforts to continuously improve in Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity.
  • Expected to be a contributor to the company standards on high integrity, safety, and a positive work environment.
  • Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate or necessary by management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with 5+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience or a combination of related experience, education and/or training to effectively perform the essential functions of the job.
  • CTP designation or MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, debt markets, and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and treasury management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and work in accordance with our Company Values

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting and bending throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, to include working in and around machinery, exposure to noise and chemicals, lights/lasers, etc.
  • Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment as required by your position and/or Company policy.
