The Difference You Make:
The Associate, Treasury executes and improves on the day-to-day operations in one or more of the following processes: Liquidity Risk Management, Asset-Liability Management, Interest Rate Risk, Cash Management, Investment Portfolio Management, Cash-Management, Capital Planning and Recovery & Resolution. The incumbent provides support for complex analysis and projects.
The San US Liquidity Risk Management team is responsible for the monitoring, oversight, and risk management of liquidity resources across San US's combined US operations. Responsibilities will include limit and Key Risk Indicator monitoring, regulatory reporting, Liquidity Stress Testing and internal governance and reporting. This position will be an individual contributor.
Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
Day-to-day execution of analyzing, reporting, and mitigating a component of liquidity risk and market risk processes.
Validate the accuracy of internal reporting of financial and operational data.
Perform variance and forecasting analysis of key financial data.
Ensure adherence to established standards and risk limits.

Bachelor's Degree: Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent field. - Required.
5+ Years Banking/Financial Industry - Required.
5+ Years Experience in Asset-Liability Management, Liquidity Risk Management, Cash Management, Capital Management, Capital Allocation - Preferred.
Ability to convey a sense of urgency and drive.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in interacting with internal stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.
Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
Detail oriented with ability to research, organize and analyze financial data.
Advanced in MS Word, MS Excel, QRM, MS Outlook
