We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Transportation Logistics Representative/Agent with experience in carrier communication and transportation operations. You will be part of the Operations team responsible for managing carrier relationships and transportation updates. You will be involved in procuring updates for vehicle pickups and deliveries, mentoring carrier partners, and resolving transportation issues. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your skills in critical thinking, workflow management, and customer service to drive results. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in logistics or a related field.

You Will:

  • Handle daily inbound and outbound calls and emails from logistic carriers.

  • Maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor in all interactions.

  • Investigate delays and coordinate with carriers to resolve issues.

  • Monitor delayed loads and provide assistance for timely delivery.

  • Document all correspondence in the company database.

  • Recommend carrier account suspensions to management based on performance metrics.

  • Stay informed about company procedures, products, and services.

  • Participate in marketing campaigns and maintain professional etiquette.

  • Provide process improvement recommendations to management.

Where You Work:

Your work is performed as a hybrid employee, with in-office requirements on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our Mesa, AZ.

Must Have's:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service position

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have's:

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.

  • Experience with CRM or logistics software.

  • Auto auction customer service experience.

  • Knowledge of the automotive remarketing industry.

  • Previous experience mentoring or training peers.
