Trailer Technician ( CDL A Driver)

We're hiring a Trailer Technician with a Class A CDL to handle pumping and hauling of non-hazardous waste for residential and commercial customers. You'll operate a vacuum trailer and service truck to move liquid waste between job sites, our facilities, and disposal locations.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Drive and operate a vacuum trailer to pump, load, and transport non-hazardous liquid waste
  • Safely haul waste between customer sites, disposal facilities, and our local branches
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and take care of your rig
  • Work independently while keeping in touch with dispatch and supervisors
  • Deliver great service to customers and represent the company professionally
  • Keep accurate paperwork - logs, manifests, time sheets, etc.
  • Rotate into on-call and weekend/overtime work as needed
  • Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety rules - safety always comes first
Requirements

What You'll Need

  • CDL Class A license (clean record required)
  • At least 2 years of commercial driving experience (post-school)
  • Ability to obtain a tanker endorsement (or already have one)
  • Comfortable operating vacuum equipment - we'll train if needed
  • Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather
  • Strong focus on safety, reliability, and following procedures
  • Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
  • Basic skills with paperwork and using a smartphone or tablet
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $26.00- $28.00hourly at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
