Test Technician - Fluid Power

Our client, a precision manufacturing and defense/aerospace fluid power organization, is seeking a Test Technician - Fluid Power to join their team. As a Test Technician - Fluid Power, you will be part of the Operations and Test Engineering department supporting Production and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, self motivation, and sound decision making skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Technician - Fluid Power
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay Range: $35-$38/hr

What's the Job? Perform high volume, repetitive testing of hydraulic and pneumatic high pressure systems

• Conduct troubleshooting and validation of commercial and military fluid power components
• Study and record time, motion, and methods to improve efficiency and establish standard production rates
• Accurately document test results, production data, and process metrics
• Support second shift operations while maintaining safety and quality standards

What's Needed?

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• High school diploma or equivalent with 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Previous testing and troubleshooting experience in manufacturing or fluid power systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make timely decisions
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform hands on, repetitive testing tasks
