Roles and Responsibilities:As a Technical Assembly team member, you will play a vital role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling complex components and systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborating with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes and workflows.
Experience Level:- Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years in a technical assembly role or related field.
Desired Skills:You should possess strong technical skills, including:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
