What is the job about?
This is a temporary position created to support parking operations at a parking garage. Employees in this role will be responsible solely for transporting customers via golf cart within the garage.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a customer-driven service style with a sense of urgency for accuracy, efficiency and customer service.
- Act as an ambassador of the Company at all times while on or off property with an understanding that you are a representative of both, the client and Platinum Parking, Inc

- Transport parking customers via golf cart throughout the parking garage
- Provide courteous and efficient assistance to guests
- Maintain safe operation of the golf cart at all times
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Courteous and tactful to patrons, visitors and employees
- Strong analytical skills to gather and summarize data and reports
- Reliable with the ability to work varied and flexible schedule
- Leadership skills
- Ability to recognize problems and execute solutions
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Complete multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of self-direction
- Work well in a team environment
- Maintain a reliable and dependable attendance record
- Time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and remain calm / maintain positive attitude under pressure
- Must have the demonstrated ability to not disclose confidential information; along with precise and careful handling of critically sensitive and confidential documents
- Must be detail-oriented and extremely well organized
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must have a valid DL and clean driving record
- Background check required
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Exposure to car fumes in garage, the elements, and extremes
