Position: Technical Product Manager - Building Automation & Sensor Technology
BAPI is seeking a technically driven and innovation-focused Product Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist with a passion for electronics, sensors, and building automation systems-someone who not only understands the technology but is excited to shape product design from concept to market.

What You'll Do as the Technical Product Manager:
- Lead product development projects from ideation through launch, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering to evaluate designs, troubleshoot issues, and verify performance against specifications.
- Serve as the technical voice of the customer, translating market feedback into actionable product requirements.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Participate directly in product testing, calibration, and field evaluations.
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, industry standards, and competitive products.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong technical aptitude in electronics, sensors, or industrial control systems.
- Proven product management experience in a technical manufacturing or building automation environment.
- A genuine enthusiasm for technology, whether through professional work, personal projects, or tech-related hobbies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
