Our client, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a Product Development Tech to join their team. As a Product Development Tech, you will be part of the R&D/Product Development Department supporting engineering and laboratory teams. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Brea, CA (Onsite - M-F, 1:30 PM-10:00 PM)

Pay Range:

$29-$36/hr
Submittal rate is not guaranteed and will be determined by BD after interview. Interviews will be in-person.

What's the Job?

  • Gather, maintain, and compile technical data including lab test results, material testing information, and engineering design changes.
  • Prepare engineering documents, technical summaries, reports, flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics.
  • Execute established test protocols, conduct testing, and accurately document and communicate results.
  • Provide technical support to engineers, assist with equipment scoping, qualifications, and general lab operations.
  • Support prototype development, calibration tasks, safety procedures, and routine equipment maintenance.
What's Needed?

  • High school diploma with 4-6 years of lab or regulated technician experience, OR BS in a technical field with 1-2 years in an R&D/lab environment.
  • Experience following written procedures and working collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to understand and perform designed test procedures.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and technical documentation.
  • Capability to train lower-level technicians and resolve routine technical issues.
