SYSTEMS ENGINEER 2

We are looking for a self-motivated Systems Engineer 2 who shares our commitment and believes in the value of communication and client interaction. As a Systems Engineer 2, you will:
- Work cross-functionally between technology and the rest of our clients' business enterprises to architect and implement large scale solutions;
- Perform IT audits and assessments for both existing and potential clients;
- Join our elite Professional Services team;
- Continually upgrade your skills and earn certifications to keep current with the latest technology; and
- Implement Prescient Solutions' best practices.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the clients' requirements and ensure implementation meets those requirements;
- Drive installation and configuration activities;
- Work closely with other engineers to troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues;
- Mentor junior team members; and
- Prepare operational and technical documentation.
Requirements - Technical expertise in Microsoft Server operating systems, virtualization, networking, security and cloud;
- Able to balance multiple priorities concurrently;
- Able to take ownership of and follow through with assigned projects;
- Willing to commute to client sites throughout the Greater Chicago area as well as other states; and
- Authorized to work for Any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
