Description:
SUMMARY
We are seeking a Supervisor to lead and support our team of technicians on the job site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring technicians, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and performing monthly quality and truck inspections. This position offers minimal office time and requires the supervisor to spend the majority of their time in the field, ensuring that technicians meet performance expectations and deliver quality work.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Coaching & Mentoring: Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to company standards and performance expectations.
- KPI Management: Monitor, track, and report on team and individual technician KPIs to drive performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Quality Inspections: Perform monthly quality inspections on work completed by technicians to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- Truck Inspections: Conduct regular truck inspections to ensure all equipment is maintained and in safe working condition.
- Metrics & Action Plans: Pull and analyze key metrics; develop action plans at both the team and individual technician levels to address performance gaps and improve results.
- On-Site Presence: Spend the majority of the workday on job sites with technicians, providing guidance, support, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inspections, performance, and training.
- Follow all required company & OSHA safety rules.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a field-based or technician environment.
- Skills:
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull and interpret data to develop action plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and mentoring technicians.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Employee must physically be able to drive and maintain an acceptable MVR through our insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role or industry.
- Familiarity with industry-specific metrics or performance standards.
