This role is key to delivering advanced power distribution and automation solutions tailored to hyperscale and AI data centers. You'll collaborate closely with clients, sales teams, and engineering groups to shape end-to-end solutions that integrate medium- and low-voltage technologies, SCADA, protection systems, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
  • System Architecture & Design
Design main electrical infrastructure for data centers, including MV/LV switchgear, protection systems, SCADA, and inverters. Translate technical outlines into optimized, client-specific solutions.
  • Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
Serve as technical lead during pre-sales phases. Present engineering solutions and value propositions to data center operators, consultants, and contractors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with internal teams across sales, engineering, product management, and project execution to define system specs, interfaces, and architecture aligned to customer needs.
  • Technical Documentation
Develop one-line diagrams, system architecture models (including 3D), bills of materials, and technical specs. Support proposal development and compliance documentation.
  • Emerging Technologies & Standards
Stay up-to-date on technologies and trends related to power systems and smart infrastructure. Incorporate evolving standards (ANSI/NEMA, IEC) and practices into solution development.
  • Customer-Facing Support
Participate in client meetings, technical workshops, and training sessions related to electrical systems and digital infrastructure for mission-critical environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience designing electrical power transmission and distribution systems (MV/LV)
  • Strong understanding of ANSI-NEMA standards (IEC preferred)
  • Ability to lead technical engagements from concept through execution
  • Knowledge of protection relays, automation technologies, and digital SCADA systems
  • Skilled in systems-level architecture and electrical modeling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30-40% nationally and internationally
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
