The Supply Chain Analyst will support the optimization of our supply chain operations by collecting and analyzing data, coordinating with various departments, and providing actionable recommendations to improve inventory and operational efficiency. This entry-level administrative role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Essential Functions
- Oversee ordering and movement of all intentionally stocked bedding products.
- Analyze forecasted orders to ensure alignment with current space capacity.
- Partner with Merchandising to ensure par levels align with consumer demand.
- Review global inventory to determine if/when transfers are required.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to establish efficient stock ordering processes.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inbound and outbound trip levels and schedules for each Distribution Center.
- Work with Merchandising and Distribution Center teams to identify and maintain resources for an effective supply chain.
- Audit routed orders to track product arrivals and coordinate with Distribution Centers and Delivery Operations to ensure orders are fulfilled and customers are contacted.
- Collaborate with Senior Replenishment Specialist and Supply Chain Manager to support strategies for operational improvements.
- Embody the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in daily activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to travel within the company's footprint for regular business activities and assigned projects/tasks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid, actionable conclusions.
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions provided in various formats.
- Prior experience with data analysis preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and point-of-sale programs.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with knowledge of proper spelling and grammar.
- Ability to work autonomously with high productivity while seeking guidance when needed.
- Effective communication with co-workers, colleagues, and external contacts.
Environmental/Working Conditions
- Primarily a remote office environment; onsite work is needed for training and on a as needed basis.
- Occasional time spent in Distribution Centers.
Educational Qualifications/Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
