Our client, a leader in the agriculture and construction equipment manufacturing is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting the supply chain and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer
Location: Sturtevant, Wisconsin 53177
Pay Range: $90,000 - $130,000 + 10% Bonus

What's the Job?
- Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Develop and implement supplier quality strategies to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
- Lead supplier qualification processes, including audits and business case evaluations for new suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing to enhance product and process quality.
- Manage supplier performance metrics and enforce corrective actions to resolve quality issues efficiently.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years as a Supplier Quality Engineer
- Experience working with Advanced Quality Planning tools and quality management processes.
- Ability to travel up to 40% within North America, Mexico, and Canada.
- Professional certifications such as CQE, CQA, Six Sigma, or related are preferred.
