Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
A bit about us:Higher-Ed, K-12 Superintendent for projects located in Colorado. The superintendent would be responsible for the over all schedule and day-to-day operations of the project. The ideal candidate is someone who will own the responsibilities of their role and also be able and willing to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Job DetailsQualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing special, occupied construction projects within the K-12 & Higher Education sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Proficient in construction management software.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Must hold relevant certifications and licenses.
- Local to Colorado Springs (local projects!)
