JF Stairs LLC, a premium residential staircase renovation company based in Holly Springs, NC, is looking for a skilled finish carpenter with hands-on experience installing stair railings, newel posts, and balusters.
What we offer:
Daily pay: $150-$300/day, based on skill level and speed. Company vehicle provided for job site travel. Company tools and equipment provided. Steady work with a growing, high-end staircase company. Projects across the greater Raleigh / Triangle area.
What you'll do:
Install handrails, newel posts, and balusters on residential staircases. Work with wood (oak, etc.), metal, and glass rail systems. Fit and finish rail components to a precise, professional standard. Read basic project specs and follow code requirements for guardrails/handrails.
What we're looking for:
Proven hands-on skill installing stair rail systems (no minimum years required - show us your work). Comfortable using hand and power tools. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a small crew.
