Sr. Industrial Electrician

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sr. Industrial Electrician to join their team. As a Sr. Industrial Electrician, you will be part of the Facility and Operations team supporting various operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Industrial Electrician

Location: Pontiac, MI

What's the Job?

  • Perform maintenance and repairs to preserve the physical assets of the building, systems, and equipment.
  • Utilize knowledge of electrical prints and schematics for effective troubleshooting.
  • Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage spare and replacement parts inventories to support production processes.
  • Participate in safety training and compliance initiatives to promote a safe working environment.

What's Needed?

  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Experience with pumps, motors, and speed and feed systems.
  • Familiarity with controller programs, including Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, and Siemens.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
