Roles and Responsibilities:As the Purchasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in our team, ensuring that we acquire the best materials and services to support our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective purchasing strategies that align with our organizational goals.
- Collaborating closely with various departments Finance, engineering, logistics to understand their procurement needs and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Experience Cultivating strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and maintain high-quality standards.
- Monitoring market trends to identify potential sourcing opportunities and risks, experience with data analysit skills, to evaluate cost savings with souring new products.
- Overseeing inventory management to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
- Leading a team of purchasing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Experience Level:- Preferred experience level is 5 to 10 years in purchasing or procurement roles, demonstrating a proven track record of success in similar positions.
