Shop Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to join our fast-growing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership. This is a leadership role for a high-level technician who also has strong management skills and a passion for driving results.

Position Overview: The Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all technicians, maintaining efficient workflow, supporting difficult diagnostics/repairs, and ensuring the highest levels of quality and productivity in the service shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor all shop technicians
• Drive production and maintain an efficient, organized shop
• Assist with advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
• Ensure repair quality, proper documentation, and adherence to OEM standards
• Work closely with Service Management to meet performance goals
• Support training, development, and positive team communication

Qualifications:

• Strong management and leadership experience
• Master Technician or equivalent skill level preferred
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex issues
• CDJR/FCA experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Compensation opportunity for $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
