Service and Repair Technician I

Our client, a global leader in Aerospace, Energy, and Industrial Automation technologies, is seeking a Service and Repair Technician I to join their team. As a Service and Repair Technician I, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting the Service and Electronics Assembly teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, technical curiosity, and a willingness to learn and adapt, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service and Repair Technician

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $18.50/hour

What's the Job?

  • Construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment and components
  • Identify and order replacement parts as needed
  • Perform small electronic assembly tasks
  • Handle very small parts using tweezers with precision
  • Follow standard procedures and work under general supervision

What's Needed?

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 1.5 years of experience in small electronic assembly
  • Basic computer and technical knowledge
  • Comfortable working with very small parts/tweezers
  • Willingness to cross-train in other technical functions
