Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Systems Engineering Manager (Level L) to join the Reliability, Maintainability, and Systems Health (RM&SH) Team in Berkeley, MO.
The Senior Systems Engineering Manager will lead and scale the Reliability, Maintainability, and Systems Health (RM&SH) capability for the Air Dominance organization. This senior leader will be responsible for the multi-team RM&SH capability, providing people, processes, and tools that deliver RM&SH solutions across multiple aircraft programs and platforms. This leader will manage a team of engineers and technical staff who define, develop, verify, and sustain system reliability, maintainability, and system health monitoring solutions for aircraft programs. The role blends technical leadership, program execution, process development, and people management to ensure RM&SH characteristics and deliverables meet Boeing and customer requirements. This leader will be responsible for technical oversight, cross program portfolio management, talent development, tool development, and process improvement.
Position Responsibilities
Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $170,000 - $230,000
