Job DetailsKey Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead schematic design and PS&E development for complex roadway projects
- Direct internal and external project design teams and consultants
- Guide project deliverables through quality control and technical accuracy
- Collaborate with stakeholders, attend reviews, and present design solutions
- Support business development through proposal work and scoping efforts
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence and success
- Train junior engineers and oversee multi-discipline coordination
Qualifications - Needed:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Transportation Engineering (ABET Accredited)
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in roadway schematic design and PS&E
- At least 5 years managing projects from concept to delivery
- Proficient in MicroStation, GeoPak, and MS Office
- Experience coordinating with municipalities, DOTs, and public agencies
- Proven leadership skills and high attention to technical detail
