Senior Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to work with our Senior Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with high end retail, restaurant/bar construction experience, all facets of construction management and possess excellent management and communication skills. As a 2nd in charge on the site, you will assist in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct daily inspections of work quality and adherence to safety regulations
- Review and interpret blueprints, and other construction documents, work on project reporting and photo uploads
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project team
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure safety and workmanship
- Utilize construction management software as needed for project documentation and communication

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
