Our Engineering Manager - Level III will oversee and support the Managed Services Engineering Team. This includes providing direct Level III advanced project engineering support including infrastructure design, setup, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and cost and performance analysis of cloud-based datacenter, file sharing, and networking capabilities.

Manage a diverse, exempt team that includes project manager(s) and L2 and L3 project engineers disciplined in system administration, networking, and cybersecurity. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders. Consult and gain concurrence with leadership on matters related to employee discipline to ensure actions are aligned with KOS culture keys.
