Seasonal Maintenance Porter Job Description
This entry level position is under the direct supervision of the onsite maintenance technician and property manager. The maintenance porter is responsible for safely maintaining the physical condition and the daily appearance of the community.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Grounds
Pressure washing
Painting
Pool/Spa Maintenance
Organizational skills
Customer service
Overtime as required
Schedule is Monday-Friday 8-5, but may change at a future date.
Pay is an hourly rate of $17.50/hr.

Requirements:Must have reliable transportation, driver's license, and insurance. Must be 18 years old +.
Experience running pressure washers is a plus.
Compensation details: 17.5-17.5 Hourly Wage
