Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Certified Scissor Lift Operators for an IMMEDIATE HIRE in Phoenix, AZ.

60 HOURS PER WEEK! OVERTIME AVAILABLE! Immediate start on a large warehouse project installing rack and shelving systems.

PAY: $28.00/hr.

HOURS: Expected shifts will be 10-hour days starting at 5:00AM

SCHEDULE: Expected Work will be Monday-Saturday; approximately 60 hours/week

START DATE: ASAP

DURATION: This is anticipated to be a 6-week contract position

Certified Scissor Lift Operator Job Description:
Operators will safely operate scissor lifts while assisting with the installation of warehouse rack and shelving systems inside a distribution facility. Work will be performed in a warehouse environment and may include both indoor and outdoor tasks.

Qualifications for Certified Scissor Lift Operator:

Current Scissor Lift Certification meeting applicable OSHA standards

Experience safely operating scissor lifts on commercial construction projects

Ability to assist with rack and shelving installation while working from elevated platforms

Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE

Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted

Position requires the use of PPE including steel toe boots, high visibility vest, safety glasses, and hard hat

Additional Requirements for Certified Scissor Lift Operator:

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have reliable transportation to the job site

Background screening required
