Location: Onsite - Portland, Oregon (NE)

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM (hours may vary). Occasional overtime before the shift starts.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules.
  
• Use a tile wet saw or utility knife to cut samples
  
• Laying out, labeling and adhering samples to sample cards.
  
• Accurately pull materials for showroom samples orders.
  
• Ability to recognize materials by part number and description.
  
• Ability to recognize and follow patterns for sample production.
  
• Accurately fill out production documents.
  
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  
• Performs other duties within the warehouse as assigned by supervisor to contribute to a smooth operation, meeting production goals.

Key Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
  
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
  
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Tile Installation experience.
• Tile saw or hand tool experience, preferred.
• Hand dexterity to manipulate small parts with accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.

Additional Requirements

• Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 35 - 50 pounds. ( Lift requirements: Ability to lift 50lbs 2-4 times per hour.)

• Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
  
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
