Salary Trucking, Class A Flatbed Driver - Solo OTR - W2 with Scheduled Raises

Sigma Squared Transport is hiring safe, compliant Class A flatbed drivers who communicate well and take pride in running the job right.

We're an American-owned and operated small family business running late-model equipment, so you won't have to deal with shady dispatchers or sit waiting on repairs. Park at home. W2 pay, not 1099. We treat drivers with respect and do our best to help you succeed.

Pay & Schedule

• W2 salary with raises at 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months of good safe driving
• Solo OTR
• Pay comparable to a high CPM job, but without the stress and runaround.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• 3 years tractor-trailer experience
• 1 month flatbed experience
• 23 years or older
• Complete work history required - all of it
• No violent or drug-related felony convictions; other felonies over 7 years old considered case by case
• Modern smartphone and willingness to use basic on-the-job technology
• Must pass a safety quiz
• Strict pre-trip inspection policy
• Strict paperwork (BOL) policy
• Strict customer service policy
