Risk Analyst

Description:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following in support of the Compliance Strategy and Operations Team:

??? Populate Major Compliance Requirement templates

??? Work with Legal partners, as required, on the analysis of Major Compliance Requirements

??? Provide input into ongoing status reporting for the project

Required Qualifications:

??? 1-5 years of experience in compliance, operational risk (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, internal controls, etc.)

Desired Qualifications:

Experienced with an approach to problem solving, research, and interpretation applying legal subjects to a business process/situation

??? Knowledge of banking and financial services end to end processes, including sales, collections & servicing, customer communications, fulfillment, and foreclosure and repossession

??? Strong written, research, analytical, and communication skills

??? Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

??? Experience with Ai, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau (not required, but a huge plus!)

??? Advanced Microsoft Office skills

??? Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner

??? Knowledge of commonly used internal control frameworks, risk frameworks and/or regulatory/compliance methodologies
