In this position, you will collaborate with plan administrators and clients to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help our clients achieve their retirement goals.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Familiarity with retirement plan types, including 401(k), IRAs, and pension plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Customer service experience with a focus on financial services.
Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance related to retirement plans.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using financial planning software is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
