Cumar, Boston's premier natural stone fabricator, is hiring a Residential Project Manager to take on some of our most exciting and architecturally significant projects.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage multiple concurrent high-end residential stone projects from start to finish.
- Use Bluebeam for takeoffs and estimating, Procore for job tracking, submittals, and change orders.
- Communicate with clients, GCs, and designers; manage AIA documentation and weekly updates.
- Coordinate across engineering, fabrication, installation, and scheduling teams.
- Track materials, costs, timelines, and change orders using Stone Profits, Excel, and MS Office.
- Uphold high standards of quality and service in every client interaction and milestone.
What You Bring
- 5-10 years of project management experience in high-end residential construction.
- Familiarity with luxury clients and design-build workflows.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, Trello, Stone Profits, Excel, and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with cabinetry, tile, millwork, or custom home construction is a strong fit - stone experience can be taught.
- Strong communication and follow-through skills; able to lead with polish and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000-$95,000/year, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (In-Person)
