We're looking for a Rental Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you'll manage daily rental logistics, coordinate vehicle staging, and support dispatch operations - all while providing top-notch customer service. What You'll Do
  • Review and stage vehicles based on rental schedules
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery with customers and internal departments
  • Prepare contracts and paperwork for digital or physical signatures
  • Use dispatch software to assign drivers and optimize delivery routes
  • Confirm logistics with customers and drivers prior to dispatch
  • Process returned vehicles and verify against original contracts
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
  • In charge of processing assigned monthly reports within deadline
  • Keep rental and sales lots clean, organized, and accessible
  • Assist in receiving new units and inspecting for damage or discrepancies
  • Manage charging/fueling schedule for electric and gas vehicles
  • Help load/unload vehicles and ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Answer phones and assist walk-in customers professionally
  • Serve as backup support for the Front Office Coordinator and Porter
  • Assist with various task as assigned
What We're Looking For
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Basic mechanical aptitude & proficiency with basic math
Strong knowledge of the Greater Houston and surrounding areas
Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Forklift certified or able to get certified
Clean background check and drug screening Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
  • Must lift/move up to 100 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, walking, and climbing
  • Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays, as needed)
