Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, track, and validate rebate agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Analyze purchasing and sales data to calculate accurate rebate payouts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure rebate processes align with business goals.
• Prepare regular reports on rebate accruals, payouts, and program performance.
• Audit rebate claims and ensure compliance with contract terms.

Qualifications:

• Strong data analysis and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling).
• Ability to interpret contracts, pricing structures, and rebate terms.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and attention to detail.
• 2+ years experience in rebate analysis, sales operations, or financial analysis.
• Experience in the foodservice, distribution, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
