ITI Engineering is seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team!

Responsibilities:

??? Perform inspection of components and assemblies

??? Review and approve supplier First Article Inspection Reports

??? Create full AS9102 First Article Inspection Report- Forms 1,2&3

??? Work with supplier counterpart on resolution of supplier quality issues through root cause corrective actions and ensure effectiveness

??? Report out to management and stakeholders on root cause and corrective actions. Drive lessons learned and best practices across other product centers

??? Evaluate supplier-non-conformances, negative performance trends and failures and determine the root cause and implement corrective and preventive actions

??? Routinely coordinate technical issues with various programs, internal stakeholders, and customers

??? Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement

??? Create and review quality documentation such as work instructions and inspection reports.

??? Investigate customer tickets and implement corrective actions as needed

Work Location:

This position is located in the office in Oviedo/Winter Springs, FL. Some travel may be required.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

??? Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related degree with five years of relevant professional experience

??? Good working knowledge of quality control standards and government compliance required. (ISO9001/AS9100D experience preferred)

??? Ability to read/interpret drawings

??? Experience with manufacturing and production processes and engineering principles

??? Ability to create full AS9102 First Article Inspection Report- Forms 1,2&3

??? Record of increasing responsibility supporting manufacturing, electrical, and mechanical engineering organizations

??? Experience with AS9145, PPAP, and Airborne products preferred
