Quality Control Inspector

Our client, a leader in the Electronics Manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Patterson, NY

Pay Range: $17.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience

What's the Job?

• Conduct visual inspections of incoming raw materials and electronic devices using a microscope.
• Perform final inspections of outgoing products and ensure proper documentation.
• Inspect in-process electronic assemblies and verify compliance with J STD-001 standards.
• Utilize calipers for dimension conformity verification measurements.
• Review CAD drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.

What's Needed?

• Ability to inspect under magnification with a microscope.
• Experience with inspection of raw materials and finished assemblies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for documentation purposes.
• One to two years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate issues effectively.
