Description: Prior to applying, you must be able to relocate to Avon, CO where some relocation assistance will be provided Key Responsibilities & Duties
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and insurance adjusters
Scope, sell, manage, and execute mitigation projects involving water, fire, and mold damage
Ensure all project documentation and site execution meet company standards and compliance requirements
Perform hands-on tasks including demolition, content manipulation, and equipment setup
Lead by example-work independently, collaborate with your team, and help onboard and train new technicians
Maintain assigned vehicles in top condition, both cosmetically and mechanically
Manage inventory, including tools, equipment, and consumables, ensuring readiness and proper maintenance
Comfortably use technology including Matterport, MICA, and other company systems for documentation and reporting
Candidate Requirements
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Dependable, responsible, and solution-oriented with a positive mindset
Team player with a willingness to support and train fellow technicians
Motivated to learn, grow professionally, and take initiative
Able to travel locally for job site visits and support
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
IICRC certifications (preferred)
Experience with MICA software (preferred)
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance
Comfortable climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, and navigating confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics)
Capable of prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking
Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of equipment and materials
Willingness to work around various cleaning agents and chemicals as required
