LOCATION: Oak Hill, Aldie, VA
JOB HIGHLIGHTS
The Property Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Oak Hill, ensuring the building's facilities are well maintained and compliant with all property laws and regulations. The property manager will also plan, direct, and/or coordinate the purchasing, leasing, and governance activities of the property. The Property Manager will coordinate the activities of contract employees for maintenance, upkeep, and general operations of the property. Ideally, the Property Manager will live on or near the property, in Aldie, Virginia. This is a temporary, part-time appointment expected to be 18-24 months long.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is $35,568 - $41,600, and the position is eligible for opportunities to earn performance-based bonus compensation. Please note: Salary range provided is an estimate and will be evaluated on an individual basis, taking into consideration the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and education. The final salary offer will be determined accordingly. Along with a competitive compensation and benefits, the Property Manager will have the option to live on-site with either subsidized or complimentary rent.
