Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Project Superintendent, you will be expected to:

1. Coordinate, schedule, implement and check the work of subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
2. Organize and lead the division of work among the on-site team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
3. Develop and implement site planning, logistics, build strategy, and procedures for work execution, ensuring all projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to completion, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standard.
5. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed to their satisfaction.
6. Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are adhered to at all times, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Project Superintendent, you will need:

1. A minimum of 10 years of building construction experience at the Superintendent level for ground-up projects between $20M - $100M.
2. Proven experience coordinating, scheduling, implementing, and checking the work of subcontractors.
3. Demonstrated ability to organize and lead the division of work among the on-site team.
4. Experience developing and implementing site planning, logistics, build strategy, and procedures for work execution.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
7. A strong commitment to safety, with a proven track record of promoting safe work practices.
8. A relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field would be advantageous.
