Job Details
Responsibilities:
Estimate commercial construction projects, including take-offs, vendor pricing, and proposal development
Lead projects from pre-construction through final completion, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
Issue and manage contracts, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Track and report project progress, costs, and forecasts to stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, architects, and vendors
Conduct site visits to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with project specs
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless project execution
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and project management
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar) and project management tools
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
