Are you an experienced and passionate project manager looking to take your career to the next level? We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Project Manager for our growing team in the construction industry. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking team, where you will be instrumental in driving our commercial projects to successful completion. Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to implementation.
2. Allocating resources for assigned projects and ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
3. Supervising onsite operations, ensuring that they are efficiently coordinated and comply with the project plan.
4. Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
5. Preparing and presenting project progress reports to stakeholders, offering clear and comprehensive updates on project status and milestones.
6. Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
7. Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
8. Evaluating the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Project Manager role, candidates must have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in project management in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial projects.
2. A Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
3. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
4. Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining control of project execution.
5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in project management software tools.
7. PMP or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
8. An ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, demonstrating resilience and a commitment to project success.
